Mountain Bike Endurance Race Ready?
Use this 12 week periodized cycling training plan to train for your 100km+ (65mi+) events and/or multi-day races. Climb and descend with confidence and speed! Great for mountain bikers who want to be faster, more confident rider, and seasoned mountain bike racers who want to take their racing to the next level.
Each week centers around strength training, and high intensity intervals while the weekend works to gain endurance on the mountain bike (with options to swap to road or even indoor if weather is an issue). You'll have a minimum of one event simulation ride.
Exclusively designed with your specific needs in mind as an over-40 woman cyclist. This for the rider who has 9-15+hrs available for training and is planning on a 65+mi ride/race.
